Monday 20/10/08 :Let down with Aer Lingus

Had a fabulous weekend in madrid. It was certainly worth it, even if it was only for a weekend. It was my first time to not be in spain in high summer, and it was funny to see the spaniards all trussed up in jackets, experiencing the four seasons in the one day. After all my raving about how good aer lingus are with wheelchair using passengers, they somehow forgot that I was onboard, and it was half an hour after the plane had landed that the ambulance came to get me off. This is now 10.20pm, my cousin is outside waiting for me, and I still have to retrieve my luggage, and face over an hours drive We got home at12.08am I am not happy (and surprised) with aer lingus!
