Trying to digitize all my videotapes. Once they are digital, and on my laptop, they will be safe. Thankfully, I have a good bit of video of joe, which is absolutely priceless, and which I hope to turn into a professional dvd ( with the expertise of mr browne in newbridge) in conjunction with all the photo's I have of him, certainly in time for his anniversary in november.

A good picture is great to have, but nothing compares to a piece of video. Its the sounds which bring back all the memories. Of course we will never forget what joe looked and sounded like, but they are a great keepsake, and I always urge people, who in particular have kids, to take as much video as possible. There does'nt have to be a special occasion, its just a precious snapshot of life, and without sounding alarmist, you never know what tomorrow will bring.
